DIY Spring Bird Feeder
With so many people spending spring at home, this is a great activity for our feathered friends! Make a super simple bird feeder with things you already have at home. This project is great for rainy days, days home from school, or just a simple family activity.

Here is what you will need:
- 1 pinecone
- Bird seed or sunflower seeds, peanuts, shelled and cracked corn, flax, golden millet
- Nut butter
- String

Directions:
Use a plate and scoop peanut butter. Roll the pine cone in the peanut butter. Then on a separate plate mix the seeds. Roll the pinecone in the seeds. Tie the string to the top of the pinecone. Then take the new pinecone treat outside and hang from a tree branch!
